Seeking God, Sharing Jesus, Showing Love
Making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world
How do I know if there will be in-person worship in the Sanctuary at Hope?
To find out if there will be in-person worship on any given Sunday, please call the church office (279-1403) or check Hope’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/hopeumctroy) at 9:30 am.
How does Hope determine whether there will be in-person worship in the Sanctuary?
The number we watch in order to make decisions about whether or not to have in-person worship is the seven-day average “percent tested positive” for Rensselaer County on the COVID ALERT NY site. Unless things change, we plan to hold in-person worship if Rensselaer County’s seven-day average is below 3% on any given Sunday.
What are the procedures I need to follow in order to worship in the Sanctuary at Hope?
Sanitize your hands.
Wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose at all times.
Sign in and out in order to assist with contact-tracing should someone who has attended worship at Hope test positive for COVID-19.
Have your temperature taken (it must be lower than 100.4 F).
Confirm that you have no symptoms of illness and that you have not been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the last two weeks.
Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from people not in your household.
